I was planning to purchase a house in the Valley to live during my retirement years. It's hard because sometimes purchasing a home is not an easy thing to do. It's nice when you have a realtor that is on your side all the time and guides you all the way through the process. Angel answered all my questions, guided me to understand all the difficult documents involved in the purchase of my new home and gave me excellent advice when tough decisions had to be taken. If I need a realtor in the future I will count on him one more time. Thank you Angel.

As first time buyers, we only knew the very basics of home buying. Mr. Quinones pretty much took us by the hand, and was our guide through the entire process. We gave him a very vague idea of what we wanted, and he was able to find exactly what we were looking for. He was also very professional with us, and displayed his expertise in the subject with any question we asked. If he ever made a recommendation he backed it up with research figures he neatly presented to us. We never felt pushed, or rushed to make our decision either. We kept in very close contact throughout the process, and never had an issue reaching him if we had a concern. We really can't express how impressed we are with Mr. Quinones's work.
