Angela and Tyler successfully represented my mom (91 years) in the sale of her 2nd home. My mom was unable to travel to the house which was over an hour away from her residence. The use of email, phone calls, and electronic signing kept this a mostly virtual experience for our convenience. We could always count on Angela and Tyler to get back to us with answers to any questions we had, including offering to come down to my mom’s residence. Because of their assistance with vendors in performing work/inspections, my trips to the house were minimized. Also, Angela found people to help me clean out a huge sea train remaining on the property. This had been physically and psychologically overwhelming for me to deal with until then! This team takes complicated issues and simplifies them. With Angela and Tyler the impossible becomes possible!

My geodesic home in the back country was sold for over the asking price and in a relatively short time. Sure, the market was competitive, but it's not so easy to find someone that likes that particular type of home. Angela and her business partner Tyler understood that I valued my privacy, they understood that I had many pets that needed to be kept safely locked up during the showings, and they understood that I was stressed about the entire process. Angela knows her stuff. She understands both the buyer and the seller well. Angela walked me through filling out the disclosures and helped me understand the entire process. I was an absentee owner at the end. Tyler made sure my home was looked after during this time. I appreciate both Angela and Tyler for their hard work, expertise, and for putting up with my moody self.

And as in every vocation there are all types.....some are amazing and treat their clients as they would want to be treated and others well.....not so much. This was my first time buying and Angela turned out to be everything I needed in a real estate agent and more! I was in the market for undeveloped land in the San Diego backcountry, which is not for the faint of heart. Angela and Tyler make a very effective team. We had already moved to
our new home when we decided to sell our Julian home of over 32 years.
They helped us establish a price and find buyers who, we believe, will
appreciate the unique Julian home and area. Since we were about 1000
miles away and had a LOT of family travel to do, they handled most of
the repairs and compliance issues. The sale was completed and the only "down" side is a bit of "seller's remorse", we miss our old home.

Angela did a superb job performing the search and evaluation of the property. It should be noted that I was out of town in Chicago doing business during the process and Angela did everything right up to and including closing. The team I chose for financing highly recommended Angela and said that Angela is really the best she has ever worked with … ever. They worked together like a very efficient team. I referred to them as The Gold Medal Team. I do executive coaching and a lot of my clients are CEOs and officers of major fortune 100 companies and often times they want to be coached on how to achieve gold medal performance. When I have a break in my work schedule I plan on asking Angela how she achieves that gold medal performance so I can use her input in my coaching. She really has it mastered to perfection. The other amazing thing that demonstrates her commitment and drive is that she did all of this while she was in the later terms of pregnancy. She gave birth to her daughter just days after the closing, demonstrating just simply outstanding performance from Angela.

The other important thing I should share is that my objective was to find a repossessed or bank owned property which first of all is very hard to find. The other thing that is difficult is to present an offer fast enough so I could beat the competion. Angela did that with marvelous precision and speed. We were the first ones to make the offer and although the bank wanted a cash buyer she was able to convince them with her quick action that it could be financed very quickly. The result is that the inspector who also appraises houses said that the property is worth three times more than what we paid for the property.

It is difficult for me to articulate in words what an amazing level of customer service she displays. If there is a customer service class Angela could teach the class.

Thank you so much for allowing me the opportunity to share with you my amazing experience with Angela and her team. Any property I buy in future will be with Angela.
