Angela is who you need! I really can't sing her praises enough. She is thorough, detailed, meticulous and on top of everything. She thought about things we never would have considered. She is quick to respond to texts and emails. She is full of suggestions and knows almost everything you can think to ask in the home buying or selling process. I was most impressed because she made sure we were informed as first-time home buyers and wasn't just concerned with getting a paycheck. She was willing to possibly lose our sale if it meant we didn't end up with a bad deal and I'll forever appreciate that. Going forward Angela will be my first and only call when I'm ready to sell or buy again and I highly recommend her to anyone. I'm telling you, you need Angela!

Awesome͏ Agent!
I happened upon Angela by accident. I asked to speak with an agent for a home in Decatur and was redirected to Angela instead.

Living in California and planning to purchase a home in Georgia was a daunting task. Angela was kind enough to show us half a dozen homes via Google Meat. Her attention to detail was great. In fact, during one tour, she did not complete the tour because the home smelled moldy from water intrusion. It was nice to know Angela heard what we were looking for and knew that was not a home we would be interested, even thought the photos online presented another picture.

We finally settled on a home to purchase and Angela guided us through to process that is Georgia. She took care of so many extra items for us. She has been a godsend to us. We appreciate her more than we can say.

I would recommend Angela to anyone looking for a superior agent who goes the extra mile!

Angela let us know this process would be quick with selling our home. From start to finish- it was so smooth. She answered all text, calls and emails in a timely manner. When I was worried about something she calmed my nerves. Angela is the absolute very best at what she does and we will be forever thankful for her.

Update- Once we sold our home we had Angela on our side for our new build. It was a bumpy process with the builder but Angela took great care of us. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with an agent who genuinely cared about our entire buying process. Very communicative and checked in with us all the time.

This was the greatest experience for my year. First there is not a rating high enough to put on here for the service provided to me throughout the whole process. The dedication given was beyond amazing. From the day of initial contact there was not a day missed with communication. From family functions, kids events, vacations, and my occasional breakdowns my hand was held through it all. The lender team provided an extremely fast and effortless process. At a loss for words, but, I'll try. Angela was with me the final year of a three year project to prepare my house for market. Always the cheerleader, encourager, when projects were hard to finish, she kept me going. Other agents, when they found out that they wouldn't get a quick listing, bailed, but not Angela. When it came time to list, she had an amazing marketing plan, and it worked! We were under contract in three days. It was such an honor and pleasure to have Angela Aull as our realtor. I was hesitant on the value of our home, and the steps to take to get our home to sell at the value she sold it at! She came right away, went over our house, what to fix or not fix (was less than I was assuming as well!), recommended GREAT people to us for home repairs, and sold above anywhere we were even imagining to sell our home at. The photography, description, and details she did for selling were superb. The ease of living out of state, and selling was amazing.
