As background, I have bought and sold more than a dozen residential properties over the past 35 years. We decided to sell my parents' vacation home in Bonita Bay, so I called to Angela after receiving her mailing. Within 10 minutes I got a reply text from Angela saying that she was in a meeting and would call me right back. 20 minutes later she did just that.

That level of service typifies Scott and Angela's approach.
She is the best agent I have ever worked with in terms of communication, candid coaching, and follow through.

Her marketing of the home was comprehensive. The most professional online presence for our listing with excellent photography, video and property description. This is critical as many buyers are looking for detailed property descriptions online, and in some cases buy sight unseen during Covid.

Many agents are aggressive in getting the listing, but fade a bit after that step. The opposite is true with Angela. As residents of Bonita Bay themselves, they can market your property with expertise.

We got several solid offers on our home within the first couple weeks...and importantly in response to the selling price I set, with their input, not the other way around.

We handled the entire transaction with me living out of state. Don't waste your time calling other Agents :-) ...Angela is awesome!

We decided to move to Naples/Bonita Springs from the Philadelphia, PA are and were lucky to have found Angela to represent us as a Buyer in the area.

We provided Angela with our wish list of what we were looking for and the type of development that we would be happy with.

Angela listened to us and showed us only those houses that fit our criteria. She did NOT “sell us a house” but quickly became our consultative partner from the search of the home, the final negotiations and through closing.

We recently decided to move to SW Florida from Nevada. My wife found Angela on Zillow and we flew in on a Sunday and met with Angela on a Monday. To our surprise, Scott joined Angela. My wife and I assumed it was for security reasons, but we soon realized they were a team, and to paraphrase Aristotle, the team is greater than the sum of it's individuals. They immediately made us comfortable and showed us properties and communities in which we expressed interest, and others they recommended. They are professional, personable, and responsive. I have traveled with business most of my life and have bought and sold several properties through the years. My wife and I recently purchased a home. We were introduced to Angela and Scott through Zillow and honestly it was the best recommendation I have received. From the first interaction with the dynamic duo straight through to closing, everything and I mean everything went as smooth and seamless as possible. They are professional, responsive, knowledgeable and to top it off really nice and thoughtful. What impressed is me is the way they work as a team. If I asked a question one or the other was on top of it immediately. Our experience having them represent us on the buyer side made our choice to partner with them to sell our existing house easy. Heads up! They are fast. We listed our house on Monday and there have been 2 showings already and 2 more scheduled. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a realtor.

What service - i used Angela and Scott for the purchase of my home in Bonita Springs and 2 1/2 years later they listed my home for sale.
