We made a quick decision to put our house on the market just as the interest rates were increasing. We knew it might be a long shot, but we took our chances!
My husband and I came to our first meeting with Angela with many questions and the check list of what we were looking for in a realtor, we also were transparent about our own quirks to ensure that all parties could approach this experience knowing what to expect. Angela met all of our expectations and more! She is someone who has patience and then a backup truck load of patience behind her; she has the desire to create the experience that leaves you getting exactly what you want (within reason and compromise!); she is honest and not just paying lip service; she is trustworthy and reliable; she goes to bat and advocates on your behalf when you don't know what questions to ask; she is willing to spend hours answering every question and call while being completely present and focused each and every time; and she gives your house the best opportunity to sell even if that means staging it with items from her own home or talking you through some purchases while you shop at Target. My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Angela. She coached us through this process while giving us the driver's seat. I would recommend her to anyone without reservation.

Angela was a wonderful realtor. She assisted every step of the way. I found a home I was interested in and she immediately contacted the sellers agent to set up a showing as the market we were in was hot! She took me to view and make an offer and help figure out the best offer as I wanted to make sure I got the house. She also referred me for the lender as I didn't know who to use. She was prompt, professional, and even talked to me about some design aspects as she has an eye for color and aesthetician. 10/10 would definitely recommend and use again.

Angela has been wonderful to work with every step of the way. She found lots of great options for us and walked us through all the steps of the process. She always responded promptly to calls, texts and emails. We had to stop and then restart our search and she was there for us the whole time and was very patient with me and all my questions and changing priorities! She always made us feel like a priority and that she was just as determined to find us the right home as we were. She was very professional and definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend her to anyone and plan to contact her immediately if I ever want to move again. I could not have asked for more.

We originally contacted Angela early in our selling process to get some advice. Once she told us all of the services Trobaugh Group offered, we decided to let Angela be our listing agent, and we are SO VERY glad that we did! She answered all of our questions, fielded the unexpected issues and was very responsive during the entire process. If we contacted her, we were confident that she would get back to us quickly.

She staged the house for showing, sometimes even using her own items, and it looked great! She made the negotiation process go smoothly even when my patience for the buyer's requests was growing thin. She made sure that everything was in order when we got to closing.

Angela was pleasant to work with and very professional. We would definitely recommend her services if you are in search of a real estate agent!

Angela Eversole was remarkable in managing the entire process remotely. I found the property online while serving in Africa . Angela went to the property and made very detailed videos that helped me with my decision to purchase. She managed all of the negotiations, inspections, work done by the seller and coordination with the closing attorney. Angela helped solve several last-minute problems with the online closing process and the property closed on time. But Angela wasn't done. She then went to the house and put in furniture and food for our arrival. She went above and beyond with what is normally expected of a professional realtor.
