Angela, born and raised in California, had also lived in upstate New York and Dallas, Texas before settling in Florida in 1997. Throughout her career, Angela has primarily worked in the service industry, taking on various roles such as bartending, managing, and booking bands. She has also been involved in sales, including CAD and office furniture installations, as well as running an entertainment agency and inventing and selling a nationally marketed home healthcare product. For four years, Angela served as a certified firefighter/EMT on a voluntary basis, and she has remained actively engaged in numerous volunteer community positions.
In 1997, Angela pursued further academic studies in Florida, earning an AS degree in Environmental Science and a BS degree with honors in Environmental Sciences, focusing on freshwater and wastewater systems. Prior to becoming a realtor, Angela's dedication to community service led her to establish and direct a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organization aimed at assisting Broward County with unmet needs following disasters. Under her leadership, the organization successfully developed two programs and completed 23 home rebuilding projects, while also managing grants.
During this time, Angela's knowledge expanded as she worked under a state grant to assist low-income homeowners in Broward County with stress hardening and home mitigation. The projects adhered to strict Miami-Dade hurricane wind codes, enhancing the structural integrity of homes to withstand disasters. Simultaneously, Angela collaborated with her team partner, now her husband, Louis Falletta, as the Vice President of Acquisitions and Sales in the residential real estate industry, specifically in house flipping. Over a span of 16 years, they gained extensive experience in buying and selling homes, including three of their own. These ventures ultimately led Angela to her present focus on residential real estate.
Driven by her passion for environmental sustainability, Angela aspires to collaborate with developers in creating environmentally conscious communities, aligning her career with her dreams.
