Angela is everything you want in a realtor. She is talented, honest, knowledgeable, available and a genuinely kind person. I had to handle the sale of my mother's residence which was a very difficult process since I was out of state. There was a LOT of work involved getting the property ready for sale, which meant that 8 month passed between the date I met Angela, and the date we were finally ready to put it on the market. She is direct, was focused on helping me reach my goals and worked with me to set a price based on the data she collected.

Angela stayed in touch without being pushy, and was immensely helpful when it came to making only necessary repairs, arranging for contractors (getting quotes, and letting them in). Since the buyer does not usually get an attorney for a real estate sale in DE, she was invaluable as a resource when I had questions as well as critical as a liaison when the buyer's attorney was difficult and unprofessional. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Angela is wonderful! She very quickly caught on to the vision my husband and I had for our dream house. I think it took three weeks for her to help us find it, and we were taking measurements of all the rooms (the day we forgot our tape measure she ran out to get car and brought one in for us!). The offer was accepted, within a couple of weeks she helped us get our first home in the market. In about one week we had a very good offer. I think it took about three months from meeting Angela to being settled on both houses. She was a dream! Even after everything had settled and we ran into issues with our home inspector, she jumped to our aid and then checked back a few times to make sure we were ok. She was a pleasure to work with and I'm grateful we found her!

My goodness I cannot find enough good words to say about Angela Ferguson. Professional. She was phenomenal from the very first phone call. She had great positive energy. She was energetic and knowledgeable. She covered bases I didn’t even realize needed to be loaded before I could even ask. She took the time out to know me and my desires for my home. Which made for a very positive home buying experience. She was flexible with viewings and times and she was always on time. Waiting for me with everything I needed to know about each home ready to go. She made buying a home during a pandemic enjoyable. You cannot lose with Angela.
