Angela is an incredible realtor
My lease on an apartment was coming up soon so I was getting pretty desperate to find a townhome or home in my price range.
I Finally found the perfect one on the day my lease was suppose to renew. She got me in her office right away to start the buying process. She is highly knowledgeable with all the paperwork you have to sign and she got it done for me so quick! She was able to get me some closing costs paid, and helped me switch from one townhome to another when the closing fell through on the one I actually wanted! Which was probably not an easy task, but she assured me it could be done and she took care of the switch with my lender. She was all about me and my needs. Worked hard to get me a QUICK closing date. Her and her team sent me emails on step by step details. She always got back to me quickly even when I contacted her at 4am! ( sorry about that!😜) She is extraordinarily familiar with the Altoona/Pleasant Hill area. I will always recommend her to anyone and everyone I know! She is well informed about the buying process from beginning to end! Super smart. Answered as many questions as I had and explained things so I understood. Communication was excellent!!! Angela is remarkable at what she does. I am forever grateful to her especially at a time I needed her most! Thanks Angie❤️❤️

Angel Carmen was our third realtor.
The first two didn't listen to our needs and wants so after almost 3 years of looking we had to move on.
By pure luck we found Angel! She listened to everything we had to say about what we were looking for in a house. It took a few tries, but we finally found our dream home and it took less than a month!
Angel also participates in the homes for heroes' program which neither of our other realtors even mentioned. It is very generous of her to be a part of this program.
When we found Angel, we found an awesome realtor, but we also made a lifelong friend! And she brought us some awesome Canoles!!
