My wife and I have worked with Angela Newberry for two house purchases and one house sale. All went extremely well thanks to her professional knowledge and expertise. She is just a great person all around, and goes out of her way to make sure all questions are answered, and all details have been attended to. This really helped to make the buying and selling transactions almost enjoyable. Additionally, the people she recommends to do the home inspections, as well as repairmen, when needed, are top notch as well. I would therefore highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

We had a great experience with Angela. She represented us for our new build and was extremely knowledgeable about the process, ensuring our best interests were looked out for. She understands real estate. We are happy with our new home and the smooth process, it definitely wouldn’t have been as smooth without her. We built from across country and the first day we spoke with her she was out on our desired lot, looking at the property for us, giving us her input. She worked with us approximately 7 months. We definitely recommend Angela!

Angela is absolutely wonderful to work with! She cares very much about doing everything she can for her clients. We had been searching for a house for my 80 yr old mother in law relocating from Wisconsin to Indiana. Angela took the time to know exactly what we were looking for and had been relentless in the search for the perfect property. Not only did she help us find the perfect property, she was at the ready with any referrals we needed such as Home Inspectors, Painters, electricians etc after the closing. She really cares about her clients and she will always be our “go to” realtor!

Angela was great in helping us find a new house. We listed our wants and needs, and she delivered multiple homes to view. Angela accommodated our schedule to show us many homes. The use of the portal allowed us to have all the information in one place. Once we found our home, Angela was in contact with the seller's realtor and kept us informed. She attended the inspection, and helped us pick the key areas to negotiate.
What I most appreciated was Angela's communication and response time. Angela stayed in touch, answered all of our questions quickly, and generally made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way.
Angela's experience and overall knowledge of the home buying process was evident throughout our work together. She made what can be a stressful event go smoothly. We would certainly work with Angela again to buy a home.

I would recommend Angela Newberry to anyone and everyone. She is genuine, honest, and hard working. I have known Angela for the entire 14 years that we called Brownsburg our home.

Our move was a bit of a difficult one with a lot of factors going against us...Covid 19 being a huge factor. Our family had to move in shifts with my oldest, a graduating senior, and me following as soon as the shutdowns began to occur. Angela had to take care of our house in addition to selling it as we were in Texas. Yes, she is a good friend, but I believe she would have done this for anyone. She was always there when we needed her, and I don't believe that will end now that we are so far away.

Angela is an intelligent woman who knows real estate. More importantly, she is a good person who will always look out for you.

She took the time to answer all our questions and had a very quick response time. I honestly can't imagine how difficult the process would have been without Angela walking us through it!

We love our first home and we were able to get it at a price that was honestly perfect for us. If you're a first time home buyer, you really cannot do better than Angela.

Angela is fantastic! We relocated from Evansville, IN to Avon, IN as a family of 6 with 4 young children in a one month time frame. Angela updated us every few days with new houses listed for sale in our target area. When ready to buy a house, she had a spreadsheet of homes, location, and times for viewing printed for us. Organization on her part made the process of looking for homes seamless. She spent a Saturday and Sunday looking at 20+ houses with us and we found the perfect one! We used Angela to both purchase a home and to sell a home. Angela was very knowledgeable of the areas we were interested in and helped to educate us on important things in the community (schools, grocery options, neighborhood amenities, etc). We have used other realtors in the Indy area as well as another state and were familiar with the process. Real estate transactions are always VERY stressful but she made the process as painless as possible. I would highly recommend Angela for buying or selling a home! She is excellent.
