Angela was a rare find when we were looking for our mini farmette here in MD. She was so knowledgeable not only in house foundations, septics, roofs etc. but also about what we were looking for with our horses, such as land regulations, land layouts etc. she was extremely accommodating with our schedules and even went out of her way for us to make sure we got to see all that was available to suit our needs. She was professional throughout the entire closing and made sure all of the paperwork was in and accounted for. We are not planning to move again, but if we do, we will certainly be calling Angela again!

Angela was very responsive when we were looking for a rental property to buy. She searched for the houses that met our criteria and quickly arranged for us to visit them. Our offer was accepted and Angela facilitated the closing process. When we were ready she showed the property to prospective tenants and arranged the lease. I highly recommend Angela and will continue to use her tenant vetting process for future tenants.

Our experience with Angela Niven as our realtor to buy our home was absolutely amazing! She was experienced and attentive. We were looking in the tri-state area of Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and even New Jersey. She traveled all over with our family looking for the perfect one and was always able to show us as many places as available. The market was so crazy but she made it as painless as possible. We relocated to the area and she helped us with new areas we weren’t familiar with. Would highly recommend her for your home buying needs. She was wonderful and really listened to our wants and needs.
