We were so glad that we found Suqiong Situ(Angela). She has helped us found our dream home in the crazy market. Angela has tons of patience and will not turn down any request at all. As a first time home buyer, we needed someone who can really guide us through, and angela was the person who did that extra step to make sure we were getting things right. As for anyone who is looking to buy a new house, Angela is highly recommended. You will not be disappointed by her experiences, patience and effort.

Suqiong is an efficient and professional agent. With her help, we purchased our 1st beautiful home in US in this insane real estate market.
I contacted with two other agents before knew Suqiong. One of my friends recommended her to me because she helped my friend purchased a nice home. I wanna say, Suqiong is the best!!!
From consultation to close escrow, she provided consistent good service for us. We had a lot of questions during the whole procedure because this is our 1st time to buy a home. We knew nothing, but she was very patient and efficient to explain everything what we asked. Really appreciate her professional service.
We will buy another house later, just don't know whether buy it in California or in other states. If we buy it in CA, we definitely will choose her as our agent again.

Angela has helped us find our dream house, Big shoutout for Suqiong Situ(Angela). She is so patient and reliable and very good at communication.
As first time buyer, we felt lost on the loans and competitive house market, plus the pandemic and our tight work schedule, it was so overwhelming for us. But Angela helped us in every aspect, not only in giving advice on houses, she is also know-it-all on the whole loan process, which makes it so easy for us. When i say know-it-all, she is really better at explaining the loan process to us than my loan officer. Oh, because of our tight work schedule, she is very accommodative to us, which means she has to work with us till late night sometimes. She is the best at giving advice on making offers, she is always responsive to any questions we have. By doing so she eventually helped us saving a lot money on the house, because the house appraisal turned out to be higher than our offer. I can't say enough thank you to Angela for the amazing work she has done for us. You will find your dream house with Angela's help too. Good luck!

It was our first time buying a house and without Suqiong Situ (Angela) the process would have been 10x more difficult. Not only is she professional and knowledgeable about the housing market, she’s also super friendly and always attentive to our needs. She’s responsive and makes sure that we get all our questions answered throughly and in a timely manner. She basically took care of everything for us, from getting the appointments to see the houses to all the paperwork needed for escrow and closing. All we had to really do was decide whether we liked the house or not and Angela would take care of the rest. Definitely recommend having Angela as your agent if you’re a first time home buyer!

Angela (Suqiong) is so professional, kind and courteous while also making sure to gently prompt me to get my paperwork done when needed (I am so busy, I really needed these reminders!). I purchased a house with my parents and she was the bridge of communication between my parents and I, as she is fluent in the Chinese language to explain the complicated realty terms to them and took the time to repeat all necessary information to me in English. I am so grateful she made the process so easy for me in my hectic life and I can't thank her enough for going above and beyond for me. She not only took time to respond to me outside of work (due to time differences in NY and California), she made it so easy for me to buy a house across the country without having to fly there during a pandemic.
