A long overdue review, but Angelica is phenomenal at what she does; anyone would be lucky to have her as their realtor. During booming times, you don't really see the value of your realtor; what separates the best from the pack is during challenging markets like we've experienced for almost 2 years now. I personally had the pleasure to witness Angelica use her vast knowledge of the market to allow us to perfectly time a peak in the market. It took over a year for our previous home to rebound. Her advice allowed us to properly price our home and after multiple offers within a couple days, we were able to select the perfect buyers and quickly sell our home. Many realtors will tell you what you want to hear, Angelica will advise you on what you Need to hear. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Buying your first home can be so overwhelming, but Angie helped us every step of the way. She is warm, trustworthy and treated us like family. I am so grateful to have had her advice throughout every step of the home buying process. She was not afraid to tell us when we were being impulsive and her thoughtful guidance is what led us to living in our dream home. I could not imagine having survived this process (or this market) without her. Angie is truly exceptional.
