HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Angelique is the second realtor my husband and I have utilized, and she is BY FAR the best. She will work diligently for you, make her schedule work for you, and truly cares about you finding YOUR ideal house. She is happy to give input when requested. From day one, she does her best to get an understanding of what you want in a house and sends options your way. She is very responsive both during and after the home buying process. She also has amazing attention to detail, and was very quick to point out things that she knew would be a no-go for my husband and me (i.e. foundation repairs, mold, etc.) My husband and I actually started our home buying process while we were still living in California. I thought this would prove to be a challenge, but it was not in the least! Angelique and the Pinion Realty team are not only there for you while you're buying your house, they are there for you after as well. I still receive calls from Angelique (4 months after closing) to check and see how the house is treating us, and felt completely comfortable calling her to get recommendations for a roofer recently--and was confident in who she would recommend. Angelique and her team are excellent Realtors. They used their knowledge to make sure everything is cover and will give you honest opinions for both selling any buying. You can always ask them, if "Would you buy this house?" And " What would you change if you were us?". I really appreciate their honest opinion and pointing things out that was beyond our eyes and beyond our knowledge.

Angelique was wonderful and so thoughtful when she helped us sell our house. She listened to our needs and always offered advise when needed. She’s very personal and trustworthy.
