Angella Lee has a deep-rooted love for Lake Eufaula—and it shows in every part of her life and real estate career. Born and raised just 25 miles south in McAlester, OK, Angella grew up spending summer days swimming at Number 9 Beach and celebrating life’s biggest milestones right on these shores. Her husband even proposed on the lake, and they marked their first anniversary at a restaurant that once floated on its waters.
Over the years, Angella and her family planted even deeper roots in the area, having lived in the charming community of Carlton Landing, where her husband built the Albion Quarters pocket neighborhood. That experience gave her not just a front-row seat to the area's growth, but a hands-on understanding of what makes lakefront living so special. Angella’s personal experience with this community makes her a prime choice for all things real estate both inside and outside of Carlton Landing.
Today, Angella calls Eufaula home and has done so for over a decade. Her local insight, paired with more than 10 years of real estate experience at Lake Eufaula, makes her an invaluable guide for buyers and sellers looking to find their dream lake property. Angella holds a Master’s in Education Administration, plus undergraduate degrees in Art Education and Elementary Education—and she brings her educator’s heart into every transaction. After years in the classroom and earning her Principal’s license, she returned to her first love: real estate. She now uses her passion for learning to stay up-to-date on lake regulations, property trends, and shoreline development, often consulting Corps of Engineers resources to help clients determine dock potential and other lakefront considerations.
A multi-year Aqua Award recipient with Lake Homes Realty and a former award-winning art teacher and Girl Scout leader, Angella is known for her thoughtful service, collaborative spirit, and true care for the people she helps. She thrives on connecting with clients, many of whom become lifelong friends.
When she’s not showing homes or studying shoreline maps, you can find Angella out running with her Belgian pup along the lake trails, boating with friends at sunset, or sipping coffee at her favorite local spot (where she's also a proud sponsor).
