And even after the closing he is always available to answer questions about city information, good contractors etc. So far, my family and I got 3 properties with the best deals! Angelo is fantastic! We were referred to him through our mortgage lender. Within two weeks we had an accepted offer in on our dream home and an accepted offer in on the sell of our other home. Our house literally had offers in on the second day it was listed, which is incredible! He works quickly and efficiently! We found him to be very friendly and fun to work with. I would recommend him to anyone selling or buying in the area. Any questions or concerns were handled smoothly and his recommendations and connections (I.e we used a carpenter for a minor repair and were quoted prices for carpet) came in handy. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and are happily settled in our dream home!
