Having worked in High Tech as a major Accounts Manager for Fortune 100-500 companies such as Citigroup, Bank of America, Marsh & McLennan, State Street Bank, Fidelity, Walmart and Sony to name a few for most of her sales career in the United States and abroad, she relates well to people of all kinds, whether first time buyers, seasoned buyers, sellers of investors. Through her professional career, she excels at the common thread that runs throughout every transaction, customer service.
Anita often gets complimented from her clients on her professionalism, communication, detail orientation, negotiation skills and follow through for which she is known for to insure a smooth transaction.
Currently Anita serves as a Vice President of the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors, Chair of New Member Orientation, Member of Neighbors helping Neighbors Charitable Organization and other community organizations. She also volunteers at New London Elementary School where her twin daughters attend.
Being a lifelong New Hampshire resident, she is keenly familiar with all that the Lake Sunapee and surrounding areas have to offer. When not working in real estate, she can often be found on the Lake during the Summer and snowboarding/skiing at the area mountains during the Winter.
Anita believes her knowledge of the real estate market and the experience of collaborating closely with her clients, in the pursuit of their goals is paramount to a creative and successful relationship.
She is currently licensed in New Hampshire and Florida.
