About Anita

Anita specializes in Naples and SouthWest Florida luxury properties and high-quality investment real estate “From Gulf to Golf”. Her comprehensive experience includes not only residential re-sales and pre-construction but more complicated transactions such as Residential Trades, 1031 Tax-Free Exchanges, and Self-Directed IRAs.

Anita is honored to have been awarded 2014 Realtor of the Year from her local Realtor association and has been the #1 Single Sales Agent at John R. Wood REALTORS® for the most homes sold since 2008.

She spends much of her time giving back to the community and her Realtor profession. She has served as the 2017 Chairman of the Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC) Participation Council for the National Association of REALTORS® traveling throughout the country to promote awareness in support of National Home Ownership rights legislation. Anita has also served as 2015 District Vice President for Florida Realtors® and the 2014 President of the Bonita Springs-Estero Association of REALTORS® (B.E.A.R.).

Anita served for several years as Director of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® and is honored to have received the 2010 NABOR Leadership Award. Anita is a 2006 Leadership Academy Graduate of NABOR, where she has also been a member, Vice-Chair, and Chairman of many diverse local committees.

Anita was the first of only 2 Naples area Realtors to be accepted to the Florida Realtors State Leadership Academy and is a graduate of their 2011 class. Anita has also served Florida REALTORS® on their Executive Committee and State Director for the 12th year and served as Chairman of many committees for the state, including the Legislative Think Tank, Realtor Political Action Committee Fundraising Forum, and Political and Legislative Forum. Anita has consistently volunteered her time serving on three or more State Committees per year since 2007.

She is one of only a few experienced agents who participate in John R. Wood's mentor program, coaching new agents through their first three transactions, and helping them build their business to the highest standards. She is the proud recipient of both John R. Wood's "Platinum and Diamond Circles of Excellence" awards.

Anita values education and has earned 13 Professional Designations and Certifications recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®. Among those, she is proud to have earned the "Certified Residential Specialist" (CRS) designation, the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers, as well as the "Certified International Property Specialist" (CIPS) designation which focuses on international buyers and sellers, prevalent in the Southwest Florida real estate market.

Anita holds her BS degree in Finance and BA in Economics from Rutgers University and The School of Business in New Brunswick, NJ. She is a Graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where she earned her master’s degree in international business, having studied in London, Paris, Hong Kong, mainland China, and Kyoto, Japan. She is also a graduate of the London School of Business, earning their Accelerated Development (ADP) designation in 2000.
