I don’t know how I can articulate how amazing it was having Anita D. Watts as my realtor! We were in this rough market for about a year and Anita never showed us one day of weariness. She always met us with a smile on her face and words of encouragement when we felt like giving up. She fights for her clients, she pays very close attention to detail so we could always make an informed, emphasis on informed, decision. She was with us every step of the way and we never felt pressured by her to do anything we weren’t absolutely ready to do. She works tirelessly for all her clients. Ms. Watts is an excellent Realtor. I highly recommend her. She helped me to buy my first home which was 10 years ago. Most importantly she helped me to sell my Parent's home (my family home) after I lost my Parents. She was gentle, kind and so understanding. We actually sold my home as an Estate Selling during the pandemic. I am so thankful to Ms. Watts for her kindness, dedication and tenacity.

When I worked with Anita, she was always on top of everything! She was informative, responsive, and she worked quickly.

I'll never forget how she was literally sending me listings at 2am and responding to my emails, as I was working the overnight shift at the time. She even helped me find a good lender and a good home inspector.
