My name is Anita R. Peters, Broker/Owner of Peters Realty Professionals. I obtained my real estate license in the year ‘2000 from Georgia MLS Real Estate School in Tucker, GA.
After being in the business over 23 years my objective has always been to provide, professional real estate services to the general public, in doing so abiding by the Georgia Real Estate Law and adhering to a high code of ethics. It is my personal goal to ensure that each and every client walks away from their transaction with the highest level of satisfaction. I have been an active member of Walton-Barrow Board of Realtors® since 2000 and I am also a member of NAMAR, and NAHREP. In the years 2001, 2004-2016 I was inducted into the Million Dollar Club. In the year 2003 I received the New Face Award and in 2004 & 2006 I was the #4 agent for Walton-Barrow Board of REALTORS®, #2 Individual in 2011,#2 Team in 2012, #3 individual in 2013, #5 Individual in 2016.
I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Georgia MLS, First Multiple Listing Service. I am also a HUD listing broker. I have years of experience managing REO's for local banks, corporations and other entities.
I have a keen knowledge in all areas of real estate to include new home sales, re-sales, short sales, foreclosures, HUD homes, investment properties, lots and land, commercial. I list and sell properties in the following counties: Walton, Barrow, Gwinnett, Jackson, Morgan, Newton, Rockdale and Dekalb.
