We got randomly matched up with Anita on Zillow and we often say how lucky we were! We hit it off and decided to stick with her. She took us to see many, many houses over the course of 6 months during the height of the crazy market. She really got a feel for what we were looking for and never pushed us into anything. She had excellent local knowledge and insight. She made a very stressful process much easier!

Everything about Anita is professional! She took a personal interest in finding us the right house for our situation. No question or concern from us went on answered. It took us a very long time for us to find the right house, and she was patient with us throughout the whole process. She became like family! Anita is the BEST. She was genuine since the moment I met her. Her experience, professionalism and charm were the perfect match for my family while searching for a home in Rockland county. I never expected to fall in love with my realtor, but I did ! She listened to our family's wants and needs in a home. She took the time to really explain things to us. She didn't want to just sell us a home, she looked at our whole family and our individual situation and drove the search form there. Anita was always able to get us in to see a home-- even with short notice. She is honest and reliable. Anita is truly incredible. In an impossible housing market, she skillfully and compassionately guided our out-of-state home search to the perfect house for us and then was instrumental in negotiating a fair price. No one in our circle of family and friends who has been paying any attention to the market can believe our good fortune. She heard our priorities and provided all the context we needed to make difficult decisions quickly, and at a micro level - she knows the ins and outs/strengths and weaknesses of every literally every neighborhood. Without her network and connections, there's no way we would have gotten this house. More than that, she was kind and incredibly responsive - truly above and beyond any expectations we'd had. She's amazing. "Recommend" isn't strong enough of a term.

Anita is the home whisperer. We started the buying process during one of the tightest markets in history, and I really appreciated that she shared market anecdotes to keep our expectations realistic, and let us know what kind of ride we might be in for. While touring homes, she had really great insights on what was a good/not good fit us. I never felt like she was trying to push us into a home that wasn't right for us, and she never minimized our concerns. In a market where every purchase was a dramatic bidding war, somehow the first perfect house we put a bid in for, we got. From that point on, she remained extremely helpful in helping us move through the process. Her knowledge of the area and market was excellent, and I found her extremely responsive. Anita is warm and easy to talk to, but all business when you need her to be. We're never moving again, but if we had to, I'd only move with her.
