Anjanette Nicolazzo

Anjanette Nicolazzo is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with ERA Team VP Real Estate and has been a resident of Ellicottville for over a decade. She is five-star recognized by past clients for doing fast, efficient business, and is known for being a confident negotiator who makes deals happen.

In 2008, Anjanette received a B.A. in Public Relations and International Business from The University of Pittsburgh. Her professional career began in hospitality sales and management with Glacier Park Inc. and Centerplate, and continued into a successful sales management career with Zippo Mfg. Co. She quickly applied this wealth of business acumen into simultaneously growing a part-time real estate business with ERA in 2014. She made the decision in 2019 to pursue her real estate career full-time.

When she isn't selling property, Anjanette enjoys health and fitness, cooking, the outdoors, showing horses and spending time with her family and dogs. She has an enthusiastic, bottom-line approach to handling real estate that is tough to match and makes communication a top priority.
