Ann Adams is an absolute saint and a kindred spirit and a blessing to work with. Ann sold my uncle a condo back in 2019 and even 4 years later when my uncle passed away, Ann STILL cared. She came to my uncles funeral, and because she cared about my uncle so much, she also worked diligently and did everything in her power to help me stop foreclosure on the property after a lengthy and delayed probate process. And now she’s helping me prepare the condo for sale again. I had a chance to work with Ann and her team this Feb and March and they were terrific. I had found a new home unexpectedly and wanted to move quickly to sell my existing home in Tempe. I worried that interest rate changes would impact the price of the home - so timing was everything.
Ann is a full-service realtor who works hard to help you prepare your home and prepare yourself for the sale. We were able to put together a plan that would sell the house quickly and not disrupt my work from home routine. The house sold in 2 days. Ann was skilled at preparing with photos, proper listings online and an open house that had a ton of good traffic.
We had over 10 offers and they were all over the listing price.
Ann was great at explaining the offers and helping to explain the benefits of each. We accepted one and then the going got tough….
Buyer financing got off-track, but Ann was able to work with everyone to make adjustments to the deal so that it still worked for everyone. I can’t understate her patience and positive attitude that made all of the parties work thru these sensitive issues.
When you choose a realtor, you may not be thinking of what could go awry, but I felt confident with Ann all the way thru and knew that we were making the right steps at every turn in the road.
Great Job and Thank You to Ann and her assistant Suraj. They make sure that it happens on time and the right way.
