Who is Ann?
Ann has been a top salesperson and later a senior manager in the Delaware Beaches vacation market since 1987. She has recently returned to sales and is thrilled to be back doing what she enjoyed most. Her specialty is retirement homes, investment properties, vacation and second homes. She believes it is possible to achieve both your financial and personal goals at the same time by investing in real estate at the Delaware Beaches. Something that no other investment can compare to.
Other than a lifetime in the real estate industry, Ann is committed to the community. She and her husband have raised their children in South Bethany for the past 30 years. She owns a home at Sea Colony with her brothers and sisters, and spends most of her time in and around Bethany Beach.
Her daughters own a fudge/ice cream/coffee shop in downtown Bethany Beach known as Three Blonde Bakers.
Ann is active in the community serving as a Board Member with the Justin Jennings Foundation which built and maintains a home for families suffering with cancer to visit beautiful Bethany Beach. She is a former Delaware Real Estate Commissioner and currently serves as Chairperson of the Professional Standards Committee for the Sussex County Association of Realtors.
