About Ann

Ann has been a licensed realtor since 1983. Her husband, Denny, joined her in the real estate business in 1986, and they have been market leaders since that time. Ann has her CRS, GRI, and ABR designations. She served as president of the Wichita Falls Association of Realtors and was chosen Realtor of the Year in 1999, a Star Power Star in 2004, and awarded the Silver Service Award in 2012.

Ann's father sold farms and ranches in the 1950s and 1960s, and now Ashton Gustafson, her grandson and part owner of the company, is the third generation Realtor in a family of realtors in Wichita Falls.
Growing up as a middle child paved the way for Ann's expertise in negotiating with buyers and sellers to see that transactions are finalized to everyone's satisfaction. Ann prides herself in photographing a home so that it is presented at its best in all avenues of marketing to attract as many buyers as possible.

When not working, Ann enjoys macro photography, trips to Santa Fe, and spending time with family at her and Denny's country home in Clay County.

As a three-time cancer survivor, Ann doesn't mind sharing her inspiring and positive message with people who are faced with a cancer diagnosis.
