About Ann
Ann is a second generation Californian. She was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and in 1984 got her real estate license. Ann's family and herself moved to Red Bluff where they lived and she sold real estate for many years; including owning her own office, “Illian Properties”.
Ann is proud of her long time membership and affiliation with Rotary International and her past presidency 1995-96.
She has loved and visited Scott Valley almost Ann's entire life and had the great fortune of moving to Fort Jones in 2005, placing her Brokers license with Scott Valley Real Estate. Upon the closure of that office, Ann joined Heritage Properties and continue to specialize in Scott Valley properties, with knowledge of its’ diverse landscapes.
It goes without saying that real estate knowledge is an important aspect of Ann's business. She believes that understanding people is even more important, and as a result, her business is driven by the needs of the people. The importance of meeting individual needs as they relate to the purchase or sale of property is paramount.
