About Ann
Ann has been selling residential real estate for 13 years and has consistently earned recognition as the #1 individual Top Producer for Harry Norman, Realtors in North Atlanta. She has successfully sold and closed hundreds of homes. However, more important to her, is earning a Platinum Rating as a Quality Service Certified Realtor. She has a fundamental belief that if she continues to provide the highest level of service to her clients, referrals will be the result. Her success is based on client satisfaction.
Ann is professionally trained in sales, thanks to her previous employer, IBM. IBM has a reputation for delivering one of the most robust sales training programs in the world, with a focus on identifying qualified clients, to negotiating contracts, to closing deals. Her corporate career spanned 33 years in a variety of sales, marketing, and management positions in Philadelphia, San Diego, Newport Beach, and Atlanta. Many years ago, she helped create an entirely new business model for IBM, selling through Business Partners. The establishment of these long-term complementary business relationships laid the foundation for the focus of her business today. Whether selling technology or real estate, the trademark of any strong relationship is based on trust, loyalty, and communication.
Over the years, Ann has developed a significant network of clients, from Hawaii to the Middle East, primarily from referrals. From first time home buyers to luxury clients, her closings have ranged from $300,000 to over $3 million. She has had particular success in serving the Active Adult 55+ community. She has the skill set and experience to serve any client's needs.
Community involvement has been a major factor in Ann’s life. She was a founding member of the first chapter of the National Charity League in metro Atlanta. The group started with 25 members, mothers with daughters in grades 7-12, volunteering our time to a few non-profit organizations. Her specific role was focused on identifying additional non-profit organizations and determining how their population of volunteers could best support these groups. Today, there are over 1,500 members of NCL in metro Atlanta providing over 100,000 hours of volunteer time to hundreds of different non-profit organizations. Over the years, she has continued to lend support to many of the same non-profits with whom she developed these earlier relationships, including food banks, NFCC, Atlanta Humane Society, and Frankie and Andy's Place.
Ann graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management.
