Ann began her professional journey in Manhattan as an Accessories Buyer for a major department store, covering the New York and Philadelphia region. In 1985, she and her husband purchased a charming weekend retreat in Saugerties to escape the fast pace of city life. Over time, that retreat became their full-time residence, as they fell in love with the peace, tranquility, and welcoming community of the Hudson Valley.
Inspired by her own experience and deep appreciation for the region, Ann transitioned into real estate. She recognized that many buyers were seeking exactly what she had found—a place to relax, a friendly town or village to explore, and access to outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, boating on the Hudson, or enjoying a leisurely brunch at a local restaurant. With her keen understanding of these desires, Ann brings a unique ability to highlight the special qualities of the Hudson Valley to her clients.
Since 1994, Ann has successfully helped countless clients achieve their real estate goals. Whether it’s a cozy country cottage, a farmhouse ready for restoration, or a stunning mountainside contemporary, she guides each client with care and attention through every step of the process. Her dedication has earned her the trust and loyalty of repeat clients and referrals, and she takes great pride in the praise she receives.
Ann is known for her thorough knowledge of the local market, her extensive network of resources, and her unwavering commitment to her clients’ needs. She strives to make every transaction smooth, efficient, and satisfying.
On a personal note, Ann is grateful that the Saugerties vacation home she once purchased became the heart of her family’s life. She and her husband have enjoyed raising their son and daughter in the region. Her hobbies include travel and motorcycling, and she continues to cherish the beauty and lifestyle of the Hudson Valley.
