It was my first time purchasing a home so I was clueless on where I needed to begin. I contacted Ann Marie with LocAL Realty and she walked me through every little thing I needed to do. She even gave me tips on how to raise my credit score. It took me 2 years to get my credit score where it needed to be. During those 2 years, Ann Marie would reach out to me to check in and see how things were going. TWO YEARS she kept in touch with me! When my credit score got to where it needed to be, Ann Marie hit the ground running. She not only found us our dream home, but she found it for us in less than 2 weeks. Ann Marie made sure to make the entire process as enjoyable and special as possible. 10/10 I would highly recommend!

Anne Marie helped me find the best opportunity that was available . She is friendly and not pushy . Everything went the way she said it would go in negotiation etc. She promised me a pumpkin pie the following thanksgiving and I guess she was over committed because I never could get my at home schedule to fit hers for delivery . Finally she just dropped it but as you can see I did not ! So for her to skip my pie and still get a 5 star , we’ll that proves what a great agent she is !

Ann Marie was an absolute joy to work with. From our first meeting and after a little discussion, she helped me find a house to make an offer, close, and move in when I had 6 weeks to leave the place I was renting. A consumate professional, and a great personality. I recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy or sell.
