Ever since she was a little girl, Ann-Marie dreamed of being a Realtor. How truly blessed she has been. She gets so much joy seeing the excitement of someone buying or selling a home and takes great pride in her ability to guide them through the process with as few surprises as possible. Ann-Marie has been a Realtor since 1998 and she has closed over 470 transactions.

Ann-Marie’s specialty is working in the best interest of her clients. She is always truthful in her property evaluations for both sellers and buyers. She promises sellers that she will not inflate the market value of their homes to "earn" the listing. She promises her buyers that they will get a true price opinion and guidance on their purchase. Perhaps that is why the majority of Ann-Marie’s business for the last 15 years has been repeat and referral clients.
