I can't say enough how much my wife and I appreciate all that Ann and Randy did for us during our moving process. From start to finish they went above and beyond more that I could have imagined. They made the whole process as painless as possible especially for my wife Kim . Our house sold in 1 1/2 days above asking price they were with us all the way through closing . Ann and Randy are some of the best realtors you could ever want to work with. They were referred to me 7 years ago when we were being relocated to Houston. Their professionalism, proactiveness and dedication were unmatchable. For 6.5 years they kept in touch with us, and a few months ago we found out we were relocating back to NOVA. We sent them an e-mail, they responded IMMEDIATELY, and set up a conference call that day. As soon as we walked into our new home last week, there was a welcome card sitting in the mailbox. Ann & Randy were the best team of realtors we have ever worked with! They helped us find a great home in our desired neighborhood. They really taught us a lot through this process!! Also, after we bought, they provided us with a list of recommended vendors (such as general contractors and carpet companies) to use and each vendor has been outstanding. They also hold a number of social events through the year like the Thanksgiving Pie give away (free pies!!!) and other fun events, we appreciate that they are not just transactional but enjoy the personal part of this business.
