We worked with Ann Taylor to buy our permanent home on the Outer Banks and to sell a home we bought as an investment.  From start to finish, she was fantastic.  She is professional, punctual, and responsive, and we truly felt that she wanted what was best for our family through the process.

Ann Taylor was always quick to return calls and emails, and she was always ready to show a property as soon as it hit the market-which was critical in a really hot market.  In fact, Ann Taylor went above and beyond to help us find our home.  For example, she even wrote letters to the owners of properties in the neighborhood we were targeting.

Ann Taylor's local relationships were also helpful to us.  She knew about properties that were about to hit the market, which was the case with the house we eventually bought.  We also used several service providers that Ann Taylor recommended.  She has good relationships with lenders, inspectors, contractors, etc.  For instance, when we had a legal question come up, Ann Taylor was able to contact a local attorney and quickly get some helpful guidance.

We definitely plan to use Ann Taylor for our real estate needs in the future, and we highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a year round or vacation home on the Outer Banks.

We used Ann Taylor to buy our cottage in Southern Shores and sell our cottage in Nags Head. She works hard, is knowledgeable, great with numbers, and is helpful through the whole sales process including recommending artisan contractors for repairs who are otherwise difficult to secure and required to make the sale complete. We enjoyed an outstanding experience on both sides of the sale. I would highly recommend Ann Taylor to anyone looking to sell or buy a cottage. We have recommended her to friends and their reviews, like ours are 5 stars!

We highly recommend Mrs. Lusk for the buying and selling of your home. During the sale of our house, she utilized the latest social media marketing techniques to reach a broad base of potential buyers. The detailed listing, professionally created pictures, and video of our home highlighted its features and attracted potential buyers. Mrs. Lusk sent us weekly updates throughout the process and quickly responded to our questions and concerns. Her attention to detail was exceptional and she kept all parties informed about the sale and purchase.
