Bottom line – AMAZING TALENT AND HIGHLY MOTIVATED!

Ann did more than help navigate the process for us, we pointed her in the direction we wanted to go and she took care of the rest. We were in the market for our first vacation rental, we did not know a lot about the area or vacation rentals in general. Ann could see our lack of experience and stepped up to ensure we were searching in the right areas, and for the houses that would give us the most return on investment.

Typically, when I think of real estate agents, brokers, etc. I feel as though they want to maximize their own gains. However, Ann ensured we did not underplay our hand and tirelessly negotiated with the seller on our behalf. Furthermore, Ann did not stop at the sale. She was there at every step of the way to work with the sellers to transfer services, VRBO bookings, power, water, cable/Wi-Fi. The list goes on... Ann was on top of her game! She truly holds her clients interests as her top priority. Ann is an absolute work horse who has the amazing ability to track everything at once and ensure nothing is missed.

5-Star Every Step of the Way

If you're looking for the best Real Estate Agent in Outer Banks of North Carolina, look no further than Ann Taylor Lusk of Coldwell Banker. She provided an stress-free home buying experience for us. One of her strongest attributes is communication. We reached out to Ann nearly three years ago when the aspiration of "beach life" first hit. In the interim, she stayed in touch and checked in periodically to see what our progress was.

During the search Ann was always available to answer questions or help solve a problem. If she did not answer the phone immediately, she always returned our call within 30 minutes. Her expertise in the market is unmatched and was the reason we were able to find the home we wanted; it had everything we were looking for and was within the price range we had pre-determined. Integrity was foremost in all of our dealings; she did not hesitate to tell us when our expectations were not realistic and was upfront in pointing out potential problems with a home we may have been interested in pursuing. She was tireless and relentless in getting answers for us.

After our offer was accepted, she helped us find contractors, home inspectors and various vendors to aid in a smooth transition to OBX; she was there every step of the way. We have moved many times in our lifetimes and never experienced a better agent or had a better process.
