Anna Bellomo

Anna Bellomo founded District Homes in 2018, building on a successful career as businessperson and realtor. Her legal and business acumen augments her deep real estate expertise and unmatched local market knowledge.

As Founder of District Homes, Anna leads a team of dedicated, diverse, smart real estate professionals with decades of collective experience. She forged an innovative partnership with Bay Area–based Side to power District Homes’ back end. With this partnership in place, Anna provides her clients with all the power of a tech-driven brokerage combined with the white-glove service of a boutique agency.

A trusted companion for a competitive market, Anna knows the East Bay and its many neighborhoods inside and out, and she is consistently named in the top 1% of realtors in the region. She runs her company with a rare combination of know-how, enthusiasm, responsiveness and attention to detail that lead, time after time, to successful deals and delighted clients.

Anna grew up in Spain and graduated from law school in Barcelona. She built a successful career in European corporate affairs, international banking and cross-border projects before moving to California in 2005. Her varied professional and personal roles across cultures make Anna at home with people from all places, as does her fluency in English, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Catalan.

Anna lives in Berkeley with her husband, a Cal professor, and their two daughters, who attend Berkeley public schools.

Devoted to the local community, she has served on several community and professional boards, including Livable Berkeley, the Oakland/Berkeley Association of Realtors®, the California Association of Realtors® and the Commission on the Status of Women in the City of Berkeley. She is currently a board member of the Berkeley Public Schools Fund.
