In 2018, Anna Bohlin left her career in marketing and advertising to join Martha full time in real estate, forming the first duo of the Bohlin Group. She has a deep-rooted connection to the Greater Boston area, being raised in Dover, MA. After completing college, she made the bustling city of Boston her home in 2012, and later settled just south of Boston in Hanover, MA in 2022. Anna's love for the region is evident in her unwavering commitment to helping individuals find their perfect homes.
Anna attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and was the President of her IHSA Equestrian team. Before real estate she worked for esteemed companies such as Aspen Magazine, MullenLowe and the Britain-based ad technology company Ogury. At MullenLowe, she worked in the Media Planning department, Mediahub, where her most notable clients included Bose, JetBlue, Shinola and National Geographic. Anna brings unique strengths to the team from her prior experience including a passion for branding, communication and negotiation skills.
What sets Anna apart in the real estate industry is her genuine passion for connecting people with their ideal homes. She finds immense joy in the intricate world of interior design within real estate, from skillfully staging listings to envisioning personalized spaces that resonate with buyers. She focuses on the cyclical nature of real estate and enjoys helping clients move between the country, the city and the coast. She has found great success helping buyers upsize from city condos to homes in the country or coast, and vice versa, selling clients’ homes in the suburbs to find a fresh new beginning in the city.
In her remarkable career, Anna's achievements speak volumes about her dedication and prowess in real estate. In her first year as a full time real estate professional, she was honored with the title of ‘Rookie of the Year’ at her prior firm in 2018, a testament to her exceptional skills and unwavering commitment to her clients. Since then, she has helped grow the business her mother conceptualized in which they have consistently been ranked as a top producing sales team in Greater Boston.
When she's not immersed in the world of real estate, she can be found horseback riding with her beloved companion of 20 years, Chopin, or hitting the ski slopes, drawing from her experience as Captain of the Dover-Sherborn Downhill Ski Team. Anna also finds great joy in traveling with her husband, Jeff and their cherished Aruban rescue dog, Luna.
