Anna Diaz is the person to go to when you are looking to list your house, buy a house or help you find tenants! Professional, highly knowledgeable and responsible. She helped us find tenants for our walk in apartment in Maspeth NY in 2016. She also provided us with comps to compare with other apartments being rented in our neighborhood and gave us advice on what to look at to make sure we got tenants that will be able to pay the rent punctually. Currently, in 2022, she has helped us find another house. She knew exactly what we were looking for and only sent us recommendations that matched our requirements. Within 2 months, she found us the perfect house that checked all the boxes. She also recommended the best realty lawyer and went out of her way to make sure there was fluent/productive communication between all parties. Sellers realty lawyers, our lawyers, the mortgage agents, etc. She was hands on throughout the entire process, even during the actual closing. Highly recommend!!

Anna was recommended to my wife and I by a friend, and we would definitely recommend her to any of our other friends as well. As new home buyers Anna did a great job of educating us about the process. She always responded promptly to our numerous questions and texts. Anna was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I are excited, happy and are looking forward to moving to our new home. We are overall pleased and grateful for the great job that she has done for us. I recently just purchased my first home all thanks to Anna! She is absolutely fantastic.I genuinely have never met another real estate agent like her. She is warm, patient, supportive, and not at all pushy. As a first time home buyer, I was very much figuring things out as I go. So I was very lucky to have Anna with me every step of the way. She was so on top of everything for me, from my bank, to my lawyer, and on the seller's side as well.

Anna is an angel, a true professional gem! She has been the best realtor we have ever met. Coming from a hispanic background, I am beyond grateful that Anna was able to help my parents throughout the whole process of buying an apartment. Camilo and I are soooo fortunate in getting connected with Anna Diaz. We worked with Anna to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Anna's incredible work. At the same time she helped us to buy a new one, and during this transition sure made it a lot less stressful to say the least! Anna was always calm, listening to our every request for information.
