Anna Gruenloh

Anna Gruenloh is a founding partner and principal broker at The Exchange Co. She began her career in real estate after graduating the College of Charleston where she received a degree in Corporate Communication. In her first year as a realtor, Anna received not only the Rookie of the Year Award but also the esteemed Realtor of Distinction Award through the Charleston Association of Realtors. Since then, she has received the realtor of distinction award numerous other years and has also gone on to become a broker associate and a Certified Investor Agent Specialist.

Today, Anna lives and works on the Charleston Peninsula and has handled real estate transactions in all of Charleston and its surrounding areas. Anna prides herself in knowing not only the properties that are available on the market but also the people that live and work in Charleston. Anna has a knack for quickly understanding her clients’ bottom line needs and guiding them towards the home or investment property that will best suit them.
