About Anna

You might say that Anna Ingrassia has been preparing her entire life for a career in real estate. She sees it as both an art and a science and brings her clients both in equal measure.

Anna was introduced to real estate by her father. As a young girl, she worked closely with him as he purchased, developed and sold homes around the Jersey Shore. 'I was fascinated by how he found potential in a piece of property, developed it and made it a home for someone. I loved being a part of that,' Anna recalls. She honed her business acumen through a degree in business at the University of Delaware and an MBA in International Marketing and Finance from Fordham University.

A successful career in brand management enabled her to return to her Jersey Shore roots, where she and her husband embarked on building and selling a luxury investment property. Through working with her sales agent, she learned about all aspects of the real estate process from preparing and staging a home to interpreting buyer feedback, reviewing market trends, evaluating pricing strategy to a successful close. 'This experience taught me that this business is personal,' Anna explained. 'A real estate agent must be a trusted advocate and advisor, who appreciates the unique circumstances of every transaction.' Anna leverages that experience to skillfully manage her client transactions, providing a sound analytical approach to pricing and advising clients at critical junctures in the buying and selling process.

Anna's three children, including a child with special needs, keep her on-the-go and in touch with the needs of families in our community. Her tireless energy and 'roll-up-your sleeves' style is best exemplified through her volunteer work with the American Cancer Society's Cancer Ball, Monmouth Medical Center WEForum Group and the Sandy Hook Foundation. Anna held leadership roles on the Rumson PTO and Newcomers Club and currently serves as Secretary and a Board of Director on the Executive Board of the Rumson Education Foundation.

Monmouth County real estate is in Anna's blood and embarking full-time on this passion was a natural step. Her business training, personal experiences and community connections come together to create a perfect fusion for local buyers and sellers. Clients can feel comfortable entrusting Anna to guide them through the real estate process with the peace of mind that one of their largest investments is in excellent hands.
