Anna Kate is a great realtor. She brought in someone to move furniture out of a room and brought in items for staging. She sold my house in one day and set the record for highest sales price in my house category in my neighborhood. She kept in contact with me from the first meeting discussing putting my house on the market to closing every step of the way. I will contract with her soon to sell another house.

We couldn’t have asked for a better, more attentive, or knowledgeable realtor to help us sell our Pike Road home! Anna Kate went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order at all times, which was especially helpful for us because we live out of state. She set everything up for the repairs we needed to get the home ready and was always more than willing to talk me through everything since this was our first time selling.
