Anna Lee was extremely helpful from start to finish both in purchasing
new home and selling our former home. She provided as near as perfect
advice as possible during the whole process. Her advice was right on
target. She responds right away and effectively with any issues that
arose. No hesitation to recommend her as either seller or buyer
agent.

She helped us scope out the work that we needed to to prepare the house
for sale. Examples are the suggestions to remove the wallpaper and what
color of paint to use, on the floors she recommended to remove the
carpeting, repair some locations and replace with hard panel flooring
with color similar to the wall paint. She was readily available to
review our exact choices. She also made recommendations on replacement
of all electrical outlets and switches. She was a great coach during
the renovation work when we might get discouraged and kept us motivated
by saying the work would have a benefit in a major way on selling the
house.

Her recommendation was spot on what price we could expect to sell the
house.

Overall during this 7 month process she was readily available for us
to ask questions about any part of the process.

She offered a wealth of information and enthusiasm giving me key questions to ask lenders. Once I hit the market Anna Lee was astoundingly dedicated and responsive. Mere minutes after I contacted her to help me find a home she had a portal setup that was flooding with homes in the neighborhoods I was interested in. Anna Lee is a realtor’s realtor, and I mean that in the best way possible. I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with her As an aside, we are a couple in our mid 20s who had no idea of the process involved in purchasing a home. We went in totally blind, and she has been with us every step of the way.

From the original call for services all the way to the closing, Anna Lee has been by our side. She walked us through the whole process acting as both a professional looking to provide the best services possible and as a friend who just wanted us to be as comfortable as possible with the process. Anna Lee has been available any time of the day for questions we might have (even at 9,10PM - sheesh girl you know you are allowed to turn your phone off for an hour or two before bed!). Shes been an advocate for our needs above all else, and places priority in fighting for us every step of the way. At one point we actually decided to take a month or so to rethink purchasing a home (our personal decision, it had nothing to do with the quality of services provided) and Anna Lee couldn’t have been more understanding and compassionate. We weren’t just a sale to her.

Beyond the human side, Anna Lee is also an incredible professional. She knows the market and the nuances of being a realtor in and out. She knew exactly what to offer on the eventual home we bought, and we were able to get the seller to accept 5k under listing price, which is huge in this market! (keep in mind that the circumstances were just right for that sale, and she caught on to that. Every home sale is different). Anna Lee is an aggressive realtor that knows her profession very well and will make all the pushes when they need to be pushed, with good timing. Any technical question we had throughout the process was handled very well, and she knows how to work well with other professionals and realtors to handle the logistical side of buying a home.

All in all, we could not have imagined working with anyone else. We saved her number because she will be our go to when we eventually sell and upgrade to a larger home. Thank you for everything you have done for us Anna Lee!

Anna Lee Rindskopf made selling our house a breeze. Anna explained everything from the smallest to the biggest throughout the whole process.
