Anna Marie Argenio brings 31 years of real estate experience to Desert Sun Realty. She has worked at Desert Sun for over 16 years as a property manager/broker associate and holds professional real estate designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and Risk Reduction Graduate (RRG). Anna Marie has extensive knowledge in property management. She was a member of the Las Vegas Realtors Property Management Committee for four years where she served as the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Committee.

Beginning as a hostess for new home subdivisions sparked Anna Marie’s interest in real estate. She obtained her real estate license in California in 1991 specializing in new home sales. She became a leasing agent for a property management company which initiated her focus on helping property owners as well as prospective tenants. She moved to Boulder City in 1997 where she continued her passion for helping people make their real estate dreams a reality. Whether it is buying their first home, a vacation home, an investment property, or helping a tenant find a home, Anna Marie has the experience and knowledge necessary to help her clients.

In her free time, Anna Marie is a passionate car enthusiast and member of several car clubs and enjoys racing and off-roading. She also volunteers for numerous community events. She raised her family in Boulder City and loved attending sporting events at Boulder City schools where her children attended.
