Anna Paige helped us find our dream house in just 17 days! We were looking for something very specific and had worked with a different realtor who had been recommended by a friend and he just didn't seem very interested in helping us. Once we found Anna Paige we knew we were in good hands due to her extensive knowledge and experience and her boundless energy. When we found our house she helped us craft an offer that was accepted 18 hours later. In the current crazy market I really think Anna Paige was the most important factor in our winning offer. Anyone can look on Zillow, but it takes an expert like Anna Paige to close the deal. If you're looking for a house call Anna Paige-you won't be sorry

We went through a few agents before we were blessed to find Mrs Durant and her team. I honestly mean blessed. Having not purchased a home in 15 years I had no clue how difficult it would be to find a great agent. I would like to take credit, but it was my wife who researched and found Mrs Durant. Mrs Durant was fantastic from start to finish. She helped us find the most beautiful home, in the exact neighborhood we wanted to be in, for an extremely fair price, which is just not the normal during COVID. During the process she never left our side and was on top of everything, thinking of things I would have never thought of. She sold our existing home in one day for well above asking. Mrs Durant is honest, hard working, dependable, extremely organized, extremely knowledgeable, and straight forward. If I was looking for an agent I would choose her 100 out of a 100 times.

Anna Paige is the hardest working and most knowledgeable real estate agent in Columbia. She made our closing so easy. We sold our house within hours of listing and got offers above asking price. Once the original buyers dropped out, we got another offer within hours and above our original asking price. She is super responsive and her staff is amazing as well.
