I would recommend Anna as a realtor to anyone looking for support in buying or selling in the area, and I have. Very close friends of mine were moving to the area looking to buy a house and Anna was the first person I said they should reach out to. When it was time for my husband and I to start looking at buying a house, my mom told me to call Autumn and Anna. Anna took my call that day (a Saturday!) and the whole process was uphill from there thanks to her. Always available to go look at house, flexible and very understanding through what can be a daunting process (especially in these markets). We came across Anna’s information by chance when looking to purchase our first home a few years ago; it was such a great experience that I did not hesitate to contact her again when we were ready to sell. Anna helped us along through every step of the process so there was minimal stress and no guesswork or uncertainty on our part. Even when we had a contracted buyer get cold feet, Anna had our home back on the market and sold in less than a week. My family and I had moved out of state before the sale was closed so Anna’s expertise and excellent communication was critical for us. We have used Anna's services for the search and purchase of our home in Baldwinsville as well as the recent sale. She is an excellent realtor who has become a good friend. She is very knowledgeable about all the aspects of Real Estate and guided us in the right directions. Anna helped us to sell a family members house. She met us at a convenient time for all and went over all of the details with us. She looked over the property with us and expalined what we could do to make the home show better. She was very knowledgeble and professional. Anna helped us set a good selling price and the home sold within the time we had planned for. Not only did we get a fair price for the house but the neighbor tells me the buyer is very happy with the house and the price. Both sides came out satisfied.
