Annalisa was the listing agent for a home that I sold in Stony Point, NY recently. She was nothing short of incredible. Her deep ties to the community and her connection to the local real-estate "network" were invaluable. She knew exactly who to speak with in terms of local government (finding old permits), construction supplies (best prices) and repair experts (for repairs) to get the house ready and obtain the best value for me and my family. Her professionalism is beyond reproach, her kindness and positive attitude reduced my stress significantly and her deep knowledge of the market were critical to my success. The house looked great when she was done, did not cost too much to get ready and sold & closed in record time.

I am so thankful to her for all the ways she helped my family with something that felt so overwhelming at first.
