She has been a licensed realtor in New York since 2000 working primarily in the beautiful Hudson Valley area. She began her real estate career with Century 21, and in 2006, she moved to Curasi Realty, Inc., which is privately owned.
She has been amongst the Top 10 in my firm on a consistent basis and has received many awards throughout the years. She is a member of Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR). She received her Brokers license in 2008 and is currently an Associate Broker. Her achievements include Circle of Honor, Top 10 Club, Hudson Valley Brokers Council President’s Club Award, and she has received both the Sapphire Award of Excellence and Emerald Award of Excellence. Her national designations include Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), LeadingRE Sales Specialist/Relocation (LSS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Military On The Move (MOM), Consumer Credit Expert (CCE) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). She attended many off-site and on-site training classes covering all aspects of real estate which include the latest marketing and technology as well as required continuing education courses.
She is also part of the Mentorship Program at Curasi Realty. She enjoys being a “team player” as she mentors new agents and take them under her wing. There is a great sense of pride in mentoring new agents and watching them blossom and succeed into great real estate professionals. In addition, she is a trainer at Curasi Realty, and she gives monthly training classes to new agents, and seasoned agents who wish to review and sharpen their skills.
She is involved through Curasi Realty in a few charitable organizations. These include Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), volunteer with colleagues at The Salvation Army, World Autism Awareness Day (WAAD) Light It Up Blue. She appeared in an episode of HGTV House Hunters with my buyers (season 165, episode 7), air date June 10, 2019 “Seeking Space In Walden”.
