I cannot say enough about how great it was to work with Anne. She walked us through the process of buying and selling a home at the same time and stuck with us through the ups and downs of losing what we thought was our dream House a few times over in a market that was CRAZY at the time. We finally found the one and sold and bought all In a 24 hour period. She made sure we got the best price and was the voice of reason in negotiating our new home. She went above and beyond in everything she did. I couldn't recommend her enough to anyone searching for the perfect realtor.

My mom recently decided to relocate to Ankeny to be closer to some of her grandchildren. Anne was a wonderful match to help my mom, who was in Utah, find the best possible homes for her to look at during a week long trip to Iowa. We toured many homes over a couple of days and my mom found one that she loved.

Anne worked with Mom, the inspector, and the builder to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. She even got a title company that did everything virtually for closing so I didn't have to be there and sign with a POA. After closing she has been helpful in finding resources for Mom to get everything done for a new home that she might need, sprinklers, fence, blinds, etc. My mom really appreciated everything Anne did, and so do I.

Annie is a great realtor! She is quick to respond to any questions and very friendly! She makes time for you and is happy to dig for any information you want to know on the property. Overall, great experience and highly recommend her services! Genuine and willing to work to help you find the perfect home! If it takes 1 to 20 house showings she is there and ready to show the homes! If you meet her you will understand what I am talking about!
