Anne is amazing to work with! We were buying from out of state and Anne went out her way to video and FaceTime us at houses we were interested in. Once we chose our house, she was very quick to keep us in the loop on next steps. Although our house buying experience was insane (due to seller), Anne did everything she could to get us to closing. She is very client focused and will stand up for you. Also, she gave us very reliable service professionals to help us renovate.

Anne is extremely hard working and trustworthy. Due to circumstances beyond our control the deal went off the rails a few times and Anne was terrific at problem solving and communicating. After our sale I can firmly say she isn’t just a paper pusher but instead she is a very active participant that can handle multi-dimensional ambiguity with ease. We will use Anne again.

We loved working with Anne! She listed our house in Spanish Fort and sold it within 3 weeks. We were looking to downsize, and she was looking for a smaller house for us in Fairhope. She then showed us a condo on the bay that was well within our price range. We had not considered condo living, but she convinced us that a pool, pier, and yard, that we don’t have to maintain was the perfect option. As it turns out, she and her husband already live in the complex, so she was able to answer any questions about HOA etc. So now we have a great condo as well as a great neighbor! She is the best!

The market is growing and fluctuating so much but she stays up to date with all of the changes and is very knowledgeable with what is going on in the city and county. As a licensed Realtor myself in another state, there is no one else I would have wanted to handle my transaction here in Fairhope.
