Wow! Anne is such an awesome realtor. The day one I spoke with her, I know instantly she would have great care for finding house. She is a people person who has wide and depth knowledge of finding house, dealing with seller or buyer, inspection and so on. She tirelessly working and getting information of properties. In such a hardest time to even find house, she encouraged us and went all the way to finally find a house we call now “home”. Thank you so very much Anne. We could not find house without you. I highly and respectfully recommend Anne.

She will work tirelessly to find you what you want and help facilitate all aspects of the purchase and introduce you to tons of the best people to help with anything you need to do for inspections, insurance, financing, etc. I cannot recommend Anne enough. Anne did an amazing job helping me buy my first home! She made sure that I found something that worked really well for me. Every detail was considered and she went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in place. She negotiated incredibly well and saved me thousands during settlement. I cannot say enough good things about Anne Boone! This was our first time purchasing a home and honestly she spoiled us for every other realtor in our future. She did a fantastic job of finding listings for us to look at but when it came time to go through the process of closing on our home, the part where you really want a true professional in your corner, Anne went into overdrive to keep our best interests intact and then some. On this journey we encountered multiple sellers’ agents and it just opened our eyes to the fact that we really struck gold to have her on our side.

Just a little background info, we were moving from overseas and Anne started working with us well before we arrived. Even though it wasn’t an ideal situation she was very responsive (she deserves an award for all of the emails we flooded her inbox with) and stepped us through everything we could do to hit the ground running. Her knowledge was really showcased when she took the time to breakdown and explain every step of the process to us instead of just regurgitating confusing information and numbers. It was very important to her that we understood and were in the loop about the entire process.

I could have of stated all the usual stuff like: She’s really courteous, professional, knowledgeable, listened to our needs, etc.; which are all true…but from our experience the thing that sets her apart from other agents is that she really and truly holds her clients’ best interests above all else. I hope that we could be only lucky to find someone with half of Anne Boone’s talents for our future needs should we be in another location.
