Anne was excellent throughout our entire home buying process. As first time home buyers, there were many things we did not understand/know and she was able to successfully guide my wife and I into a beautiful starter home in exactly the area we wanted. She was even outstanding in helping to get our lender to meet the closing deadline. Polite, fast, and available literally any time of the day. I highly recommend Anne to any prospective buyers. I hired Anne to be my buyers agent as I'd heard nothing but awesome reviews from two other people I personally know. Anne took charge immediately by letting me know in detail what I'd need to know, what would be expected of me & what I would be able to expect from her as my agent. Anne was tough at times but had she not been I'd have lost my earnest money as I have in the past. No matter what, she remained very professional and very mindful of my needs. Anne was the best when it came to keeping get me informed of what was going on from start to finish. I usually find it difficult to leave anyone such a rave review but I've never worked with anyone else whom I felt had such a high degree of my best interest at heart. If you need an agent that cares and knows the business end of Real Estate better than anyone I've ever met Anne should be your only choice. I'll never use anyone again as long as she's working. I wanted to invest money in some rental houses. Anne helped me to find and purchase 4 houses at great prices. One was a short sale, two were foreclosures and one was a straight up purchase from a seller. The short sale was frustrating but Anne kept me informed through the process. Once I purchased the four houses, she listed them for rent and found great tenants. My money was well spent. I am pleased with my monthly income from the rental properties.(BigGuy)
