Anne loves her job! She is a full-time real estate professional who specializes in coastal and central San Diego. Her main real estate focus is the Point Loma and Ocean Beach market. Her background in education and customer service all adds up to an informed and satisfied client. She is extremely organized and very meticulous, and she is proud of the level of service that she provides. First and fore most she believes this is a people business and part of being a good realtor is developing a level of trust with her clients. She works tirelessly to achieve a great outcome for her buyers and sellers by being a strong negotiator and an advocate for her clients. She always tries to be aware of the personal and emotional impact that a real estate transaction can have on her clients and her motto has always been "it's not about the deal, it's about the people". She always makes sure that her clients get the knowledge that they need to succeed in their real estate transactions. She works with first time home buyers, buyers wanting to find a larger home or looking to downsize, and buyers wanting to find an investment property. The greatest pleasure she receives from this job is helping someone achieve their American Dream. She works hard to create loyalty and is proud that she consistently collaborates with repeat clients. She is also a listing agent who will market and work diligently to get a home sold. She has chosen to work with a real estate firm that encompasses the local and national real estate world. Combining a strong marketing strategy with local expertise makes for a winning combination. She has the tools to create a proper marketing plan that will give a home the attention and exposure it deserves. She will applies her knowledge and expertise to achieve the successful sale of a property. She was born in Australia and moved to the United States in 1987. She is married with two children and live in Point Loma, San Diego. She loves design and architecture so real estate is a great fit for her. She believes strongly in giving back to her community and have been involved for many years in local philanthropic groups such as The Thursday Club in Point Loma and MADCAPS. In 2010 she created a neighborhood Facebook group called Point Loma Connections which has over 10,000 members. She is immensely proud of this group as it has become a great resource for neighbors and the community. In 2021 she received San Diego Magazine's 5 Star Best in Client Satisfaction Award for Realtors for the 11th year!
