Anne Jones

Anne Jones is the Owner/Designated broker at Windermere Abode, which she opened with her husband Dave in 2017. She has been a licensed realtor since 2008 and sold many homes in the greater Tacoma area during that time.

Before real estate, Anne worked as a Project Manager at Dyad, Inc. with her parents, Pete & Kathy Crase. Their focus on honesty, quality, and customer service provided the foundation for Anne’s client-centered approach to her business (and kept them building homes for 40 years!)

Anne did not think real estate would be her career path when she graduated with a degree in Communication from the University of Puget Sound. After several years on "the other side of the mountains" Anne and Dave returned to the South Sound and bought their first home in Central Tacoma. They learned a lot about Craftsman homes during their time there and eventually moved to a midcentury home in Fircrest when their second son was born.

My parents are career home builders, so real estate has always been a part of my life. When I was in high school, I worked for a local office where I answered phones and updated the MLS book. And while the technology around how we buy & sell homes has evolved since then, a few things remain the same. One of the reasons I opened Windermere Abode was because I believe strongly that representation and relationships matter — in life, and in real estate! I love what I do, but I'm happiest when I'm traveling with Dave and our two sons, or right after I come home from a long outdoor run.
